is playing first grade rugby league what you consider as adequate rehabilitation?

Read it again.
Rehab is useless.
Management is necessary.

"It doesn't mean you can't play, it just means you tailor their weight training programs and that sort of thing."

"But it's not got to anywhere near that stage yet."

Head is an origin quality half
Make no mistake about it

Agreed, 100%.

The only thing that has stopped Head has been injuries. Everytime he hits some form he breaks down.

If he can stay on the field it could be another Prince situation. The guy couldn't take a trick before we signed him, then ended up playing three seasons straight without injury. I still remember people laughing at us when we signed Prince.

The main difference though, is that Head has bad knees, Prince was just unlucky with broken bones. Big difference. Heres hoping.

Head has no top grade match fitness.
He'll need time as well to find his groove as the lynchpin in a new team.
Hope he gets that time.

Rehab isn't useless. The problem with Rehab is it takes time, something which the side doesn't have.
Do you know the extent of his back problem?
Going on several instances I know of personally, rehab doesnt come into it.
You live with it and manage it

It doesn't matter, if there's a strain/tear/break or any form of injury, then there's a need for rehab.

Your running a huge risk by not doing rehab, how are you to know how much the recovery ahs progressed without rehab? How are you to know if the injury is in a situation to be deemed "manageable" without rehab?
You live with it and manage it
If you want to risk further, more debilitating injuries, then yes you would just ignore it could get worse and keep doing the things that caused the injury to begin with.

You said rehab was useless.

I pointed out that it wasn't and you just agreed with me.

Thus, has this rehab taken place?

Of course it hasn't, thus, how do they know it's in a "manageable" situation.
