Webcke was like a bull at the gate all game. He just wouldn't stop, I'm sure the rest of the players lifted quite a few gears each time they thought they were tired when Webcke took another hit up. A champion bloke, and now he's gone, it means the Dogs have the best pack in the game!

One of the players that every fan can appreciate and every player is inspired by. In fact he even inspired me to play one of my last matches last season injured (ligimate damage, needed 4 weeks off, played the game knowing one bad knock would mean I'd need to get some surgery done).

There are so many words you can sum this guy up as. But he is a true Rugby League legend, one that many junior props aspire to be and opposition try to beat. Thanks for the memories Shane...and I'm glad you finally got the Storm back for banging up your car.
