Ron Jeremy said:LOL love the bands...loved the whole era of music where rock ran supreme over everything.
Saw Van halen in 97 & most recently Motely crue
jeffrosaint said:I loved the whole era too....I had the whole long hair & denim jacket with a motley crue theatre of pain back patch thing happening...LOL ahhh memories..
Ive already told you Ron..Ron Jeremy said:Man i was only young in the 80's but i had a sister who was a rock promoter and she introduced me to all the bands. I have memories of around 8 & 9 ( 88,89) listening to poison, VH, Ratt,Bon Jovi, Gunners etc.
I never grew out of it as i always thought thatthe music the era the produced was talented...everyone in the bands could play their instruments well....the singers could hold a note....the personalties & media that rock created was incredible.
I remember in 92 at Eastern Creek with Gunners driving their was quite immense...the whole atmosphere it created to this day remains so clear in my head.
Just hope one day rock can return to that level...and piss weak rappers, techno junkies & pissy 3 piece pub bands trying to pretend their Ben Lee f**k off lol

HevyDevy said:They were the days indeed, even though I was very young at the time.
Still, I've seen Def Leppard, Aerosmith, Van Halen, Ozzy, Whitesnake, Sammy Hagar, Steve Vai. All great stuff. Actually Sammy was the standout of the lot.
