Watched it down the local, hard to tell a bit in the first half. I saw Cronulla's first 2 tries, Pomery's was soft defence, Simmons was off a Kimmorely kick unlucky bounce for Burt. I was a bit nervous when they were leading 12-8 at halftime, but I knew if they either scored just before half time or straight after half time they'll get a bit of momentum. I thought it was a good try we got when Hayne scored, Hindmarsh almost went over then he offloaded it passed it to Burt who kicked it to Haynes wing to score.

Cronulla got a penalty when it was 12 all, but it was strange when they went for the goal. After that, Krapmorely dropped it then missed a tackle on which allowed McKinnon to score, but it was a good offload from Cordoba. Then Jeremy Smith who had a ordinary kicking game earlier on, put a good one deep into Kearney, he later dropped it then Burt dived on it to score. Parra led 22-14, then another Jeremy Smith kick led to a Burt try after that it was pretty much sealed. The last try to Morrison put the final nail in the coffin winning 34-14. Good win to Parramatta considering the halves didnt play at their best but held on to win.

Morrison definsively was outstanding, Burt continues to keep his place in the team, not just his goal kicking. Cordoba has been good coming off the bench and also Robinson is improving week in week out.

Good win, lets go 9 in a row. :D

Cronulla had the better of play but our efficient football and solid defence broke them down. Until McKinnon scored against the run of play. Cronulla fell away after this. Just like their season really. Vagana was awfull at fullback.

Team got over the line. Were under the pump early but came home. Not one of our most convincing but got the points for their defence and by not panicking. Jeremy Smith and his kicking game was more than a little ordinary. Woeful in fact. Needs work big time. Kick early if need be ffs.

they played close to an 80 min game had some good luck and continued their confident play. wagon had 1 bad miss but he's human. cordobo continued to impress, j smith played reasonable with good defence, hayne is the x factor, b smith keeps getting better, burty is "champagne burty", the backbone of cayless hindy morrison riddell morris robinson keep putting in, pj widders & mckinnon all delivered off the bench, whoever i missed, they put in as well

j smith ???????? sorry but I was obviously watching a different game because I thought he was extremely ordinary and in fact the weak link big time. Kicking game was not there. We won and I'm very very happy but that was the only negative in my opinion. Hope I'm being too critical of the guy. Opinions people (mind you at the moment I have no solutions or replacements for the problem especially when we are winning).

Like I commented last week, Jeremy takes so long to kick, he puts pressure on the team/himself. Needs to work on his execution speed.

When he has time, his kicking game isnt too bad. Hes not a "class" half who has "time".

Jeremy is imrpoving. At the very least give him that! His running game was great tonight and his defence, after a few high shots, was aggressive and decent. He'll keep getting better I reckon, and then Tim will probably come back and our kicking and passing games will improve.

I loved the way we responded after a dogged first half, sure they invited us early in the 2nd stanza but it was the way went about the business when Cronulla virtually handed us a couple of trys in 2nd half which impressed me the most.
