If you score from a header thats a planned move and there is noone marking the guy in the middle, then, nice goal. If its a run down the wing and cross and hope for the best. Lame.

The only way you ever get beaten on headers is when the CPU decides to not change the controlled player to the guy who will be contesting for the header and gives the opposition a free header. That's just exploiting a flaw.

One thing that really annoys me is the delay on waiting for a players pic to pop up and to select and scroll through players in team management. Anyone else have a problem with this lol?

Otherwise the game is pretty good, not a fan of the scouting network in career mode, commentary is very much improved also.

I'm watching gameplay videos on youtube and they don't seem like the game I'm playing.

In my career mode players seem way undervalued. Eg Lloris 5 mill pounds, bale 29 mill. anyone else have this?

Are they actually being sold for that? For Neymar it says "recently purchased from Santos for $42 million" but his price is something like $18 million. But if you try to buy him, your scout will tell you that you have to offer between two much larger amounts.

It was the exact same for Fifa13

I'm not liking FIFA 14 at all. There is way to much control lost over players now in defense, and attack can be very sloppy.

I actually like the general movement of the game. You can easily see a 5 star skiller vs a bum. Also speed now doesn't mean too much in the middle

After a promising start I have once again realised I'm painfully shit at this game. Got buttraped in 2 out of 5 games, the last being 5-0. Can't defend for shit.

i'm also atrocious in defending as well. But i always dominate the midfield with my possession play but can't create goal scoring chances for shit.

I've been doing alright online and winning, but I still think it's somewhat of a step back in the FIFA franchise, too much control has been lost over players.

To me it feels like it's hard to tell if I'm using a 90 rated player as opposed to an A-League player at times.

As of today I'm getting an issue where at the end of a game (where you would usually see player ratings, coins earned etc) I'm getting disconnected. Same thing happened at the start of FIFA 13 until the first patch too. Bit frustrating, I've had probably 2 days without server trouble since the game dropped.

My DNF multiplier is probably shot, and I'm getting a loss on my record even when I was leading at full time (the full time whistle and animation happens before the disconnect).

Lewandowski is my favourite striker in the game. He feels incredible on the ball as well and I swear he seems a lot quicker than 82 pace.

I've only used him on normal FIFA though, not UT. I'm hoping he has a price drop within a week or two and I'll pick him up and make a Bundesliga team.

I pulled Sergio Ramos and Samuel Eto'o from gold packs, so I was able to use the proceeds to get him. Eto'o was great too, but he didn't really fit into my team.

There are also some awesome cheapish Bundesliga mids too, Diego for $12k at CAM absolutely runs the show, especially with Maestro chemistry style on him. Also if anyone is looking for a Premier League CM, Fernandinho for $10k or so is banging in an absolute ton of goals and assists for me.

Not liking Fifa 14 at all. Not bad playing against other players but against computer it's terrible, your players are clumsy, always offside, don't hold their position and as mentioned dribbling and first touch are impossible, the computer on the other hand seems to have none of those issues.
When playing against mates we've gone from 4 Minute halves to 8 minute halves because of the amount of nil all draws
