Pretty much every EA Sports game is like that, it is why I got sick of FIFA and ditched it after 12. When playing against the AI, because EA Sports were too lazy/crap to program good AI, they instead change the laws of the game to make you lose instead of giving you a fair chance. It's such bullsh*t.

The ball physics have improved and they stopped pace abuse. I think they are on the right path, especially with UT. They just need stable servers so we don't DC and lose progress.

Removing player manager from Career mode is f**king dumb.

Aside from that it's barebones, but they got the names so they will always control the market of football games. Nobody wants to play with fake teams/players.

So I've picked up Pes 2014.... Really enjoying it so far. Just love how different tactically you need to be for each team you play.

Playing career mode Fifa about 3 yrs in and Robbie Kruse is 77 OVR? Am I missing something lol Lukaku is 78, Ramsey is 78, ratings seem pretty off. But apart from that career mode isn't so bad, finally over GTA so time to give FIFA some love.

I'm finding online play quite annoying. Haven't been able to find a team to play against with Wolves and sometimes when using Chelsea I won't get someone to play against. Gives me the sads.

For the first time since 2004 I bought a Fifa game on Tuesday for the PS4 (I did by WC 2010 though).

After changing the controls to alternate so square is shoot and circle is lob I'm getting serious Pro Evo Soccer 3 vibes.

The control scheme is the exact same even the skill moves execute in the same way. My beloved quick stop assigned to a tap of R2 is just the icing on the cake.

PES3 IMO was the pinnacle of soccer games so I can't be more happy.

I really do not enjoy Fifa 14. The control of the players is crap, the defenders get in each other way. At the sideline I find every tackle I make goes into touch and the CPU makes a perfect throw in, yet when they tackle me, its clean and they get the ball back.

First touch is crap as well.

And the career mode is painful. Whats up with the scouting system.

And searching for players in transfers is crap as well.

Disappointed with it big time.

got fifa 14 on the xbox one, only play career mode, wouldnt dare play anyone online, would be a hammering
