Few weeks off will do him good, don't agree with the suspension at all but we need a fired up fresh fifita going towards the finals.

It was though. Completely worse.
Nope. Fifita flopped his guts onto his head, a split second later and he's already horizontal. Bateman clearly headlocks him then drops his weight onto him. I don't even understand how Fifita's is called a crusher tackle unless any contact with the head when completing a tackle falls under the crusher umbrella. Accident vs intent imo.

Nothing malicious in it but careless at the least. Different situation when you have 3 guys completing a tackle and the attacker gets his head in the wrong place.... Buritos' one and the other one that copped 3 weeks from the Goldy game were almost identical....both grubby and careless. Was blown away that they contested it tbh....was always going to end in tears. Guess it shows how much the Tongan game meant to the big fella.

The other Fifita tackle that the raiders players couldn’t handle got hit of the week on some NRL page.
Pretty funny reading the comments
Most dopey f**kers thought it was the tackle that got him suspended.

His aggression is what makes blokes have a second look when taking a hit up.
I wouldn’t change him for anything.
He’s a fierce front rower
A f**ken GF winner and a winner of a GF.

Even fifitas knees hit the turf first so the guy on the ground didn't cop the full brunt.

As far as a classical 'Crusher' tackle goes, no Bateman's was worse in terms of technique / classical terminology.

But no sharks supporter in here thought he would get off surely, not to mention his practice of dropping his entire body weight (on usually already tackled players) was always going to end up this way sooner or later.

Normally its just a penalty, this time worse.
