What the stupid Dog fans don't get is Fifita was never going to sign a contract that was $1M less than what he offered.. This is what the Dogs wanted because they realized they were paying overs for a front rower.. So technically the Dogs are correct because they didn't really want to sign Fifita in the end and he didn't want to sign from them so it was a mutual decision.

Legally they are likely to be in a world of hurt and even if they get out of this, morally what they did was disgraceful.. Again no suprise the worst set of supporters in the NRL are supporting their CEO, most probably from the comfort of their cell.

People need to stop posting what they want to happen as the law and just let whatever will be, be.

I wasn't aware we had so many Lawyers on LU.

So the dogs are correct legally but not morally?

Maybe the third party part of the deal fell through when Fifita showed what a complete wnker he is with that union story? I know I'd have told him to get frigged.

If there are issues with Fifita's manager, do these also affect the contract he signed with the Sharks?

My guess is the same manager was dealing with all clubs.

I'm glad the NRL are following up on this, it is an issue that needs to be sorted.

In this case, I suspect the inexperience of the player manager is part of the problem.

While they are at it, they should ensure players get good sound financial planning advice, that is an even bigger problem.

Have the Sharks contract been lodged with the NRL? It would be hilarious after all this if they declined to register it because his manager was unaccredited.

Exactly!

If they Bulldogs are in the wrong, they'll get done, that's what happens all the time. If they've done nothing wrong, they'll be cleared. As Packy said, just let this all be.

Lets not mention the f**king netball chick who has never seen a contract over about $500 in her life.

We should put camp quality on the front of our jersey in a futile attempt to fool the public into thinking we are not cheating scumbags ey?

Except you guys tried to go down that path and the charities rejected you. I think you guys should just change your name to the hawks and be done with it. Sharks brand is just too damaged
