This is exactly right, SKD deserves his day in court but the NRL lets him return, that would mean anyone else pending same charge has to be allowed to play as well.

Fifita is not facing criminal charge so how could the NRL suspend him for longer sentence.

It basically feels like a stitch up by the NRL

Perhaps they believed the Ref. Perhaps they asked questions of him. Can't be that hard to prove. Witnesses aplenty.

Fifita gets legal representation! Probably got legal system involved if charged with road rage last year. Legal system will get his punishment reduced for sure. It is not against the Law to love yourself and think you are tough.
