17 - 2 = 15

That's 3 months.

My point is we have a whole lot less to be ashamed about - our side has been decimated by injuries all season. I know and admit we were simply complacent last weekend but by no means should your pea-brain entertain the idea the Dogs are gone. To do so would be at your own peril.

An understrength Bulldogs team drew with Souths, an almost full-strength one got done by them, it would seem to me they're going backwards.

Jesus, Corbin. I'm running a book just for you. I'll give you 10 to 1 on that result and you can put down as much as you want, I'd love a new car right now...

Almost full strength?

WTF are you on?

Luke Patten, SBW, El Masri, Tonga and Cutler all missing.

Yeah, almost full-strength

the Dogs are going backwards. Manly the 2 times they've played Souths had bunny stew and then the bunnies had roast Sea Eagle, it's balanced.

Maybe you cap cheats shouldnt put all your eggs in one basket so you had depth then huh?

Bulldogs only have themselves to blame..

Can't come up with a real argument so you have to resort to the salary cap incidents of 3 years ago?

You're argument just went from bad to worse with the click of the "Submit Reply" button.

Here's my table according to the thingy:

No Club PTS P/D
1. Wests Tigers 36 +517
2. Broncos 36 +148
3. Eels 35 +156
4. Dragons 32 +99
5. Storm 30 +116
6. Warriors 30 +66
7. Cowboys 29 -9
8. Sharks 28 -150
9. Raiders 27 -139
10. Sea Eagles 26 -8
11. Roosters 26 -42
12. Bulldogs 26 -140
13. Panthers 21 -137
14. Rabbitohs 21 -202
15. Knights 17 -275

How the Sharks managed to sneak in beats the hell outta me...

The reason you can't cover injuries is because you have all your money in a few players and have no depth, and you had to cheat the cap to keep them all (and steal Ryan).

At least I watch my football knowing my team are a realistic chance of winning the premiership most years. Your team has had one majorly successful season since 1986 and even then choked on Grand Final day. My team has three premierships, a further two Grand Finals, and is not only the reigning premier, but has a very realistic shot at the title.

Note the betting make-up at tabsportsbet right now. I think you'll find the nation agrees that we're a better chance on our day in the semis...

We can clearly cover injuries. We've proved that this year by the fact we are still only 1 point out of 6th position - and only 3 points short of third. We've stayed competitive, defeated the current Top three and have discovered some awesome new talent. You clearly know nothing about my club or RL for that matter so, without further ado....

What's happened to the Dogs this year anyway? The last few years you've been on fire and now you're out of the 8 without having points being taken away from you due to a salary cap breach.

doesn't that make me more of a fan that I follow them through the bad times I bet if the dogs dont do so crash hot for a couple of years you'll go missing but there you go talking about the past think the present you deluded fool!!
but whilst your digging up the past your last premiership was forged on salary cap cheating so you had an unfair advantage probably doens't bother you anyways keep your "firecrackers" at home when you come to parra stadium in a fortnight to btw

That's for sure, the Bulldogs used to be a threat but not anymore. Dodger see what happens when you don't face to the truth you get a Manly and Eels supporter agreeing.

I've followed my club since I can remember. Lean times have happened in in-between years, but it's never affected my love for my team. Our last premiership was based on the best team assembled legally under the salary cap. Your dumb and vitriolic statement implies that the Bulldogs should have had 0 of the 17 they had in 2002 when they won the 04 premiership. They let players go in order to be under the cap and as such won the comp very fairly and very squarely.

As for the firecrackers comment -

You're getting awfully close to the bottom...
