Anthony Griffin seems to think differently. Copley has been equally as good in Q cup from all reports. Gagai gets plenty of hype I hope he can live up to it.

Won't get a chance if he doesn't get any NRL game time.

I was thinking about an agreed trade between Slater and Hoffman but thought it was too out there...

Edit: This would have been better: Copley -> fullback. Gagai -> wing. Hoffman bench utility and Hunt out.

The last time Copley played fullback we were on the wrong end of 46 points. He made 4 errors and missed 5 tackles (made 4).
Would rather not see that again.

Not that he is entirely to blame for that particular flogging. Everyone was flogging us at the time.

Actually looking up that game reminded me of just how bad our team was at the time, compared to now.

Copley is strange, you can tell if he's going to have a good game or an absolute shocker within the first 2 minutes.

It all comes down to his first involvement. If it's solid, he will be decent but if it's an error, he'll be terrible and there's nothing you can do about it.

I think we'd be better off sliding Reed out there and slotting Te'o or Glenn into Centre, if you are not going to play Copley or Gagai.
