It is a pretty interesting predicament. You would think that ANZ suits both fan bases better, but the Dogs more so. So do Penrith screw over themselves just to screw over the Dogs even more.

Don't you recall Manly V Brisbane getting 31k in a prelim few years back? Manly arguably the worst supported Sydney side in the comp, were outdrawn by the Broncs fans

The NRL is comprised of people who honestly still believe Sydney is the home of rugby league. As such, anything that happens involving people from outside of Sydney isn't even considered. They truly are moronically stupid.
