Tough games to pick and can only hope the same is replicated this week.
Dragons though...hard luck story but it was still funny

The game vs the roosters felt like round 26 vs the storm back in 2016. Friday night felt like our game vs Canberra.

Lets win the f**ken thing.

Hearin ya K.

I’ve dug into the archives & pulled out the Grand Final replay.

We played the first half like we did V Panthers. In fact the whole game was similar.

Sharks Vs Mounties at 3pm for flegg.

Looking at flegg, nsw cup and nrl the top 4 teams all made prelim finals and the bottom 4 all eliminated by week 3.

Souffs second FG had 2 x blockers. Should have been penalty to drag queens.

Another "mid season rule change" that went un announced.

Teams have been doing it for months, no one getting pinged. Panthers had a blocker in their attempt to even it with Cleary's first miss the other night. Blocker even changed direction and shouldered our chaser aside, but no mention.

We probably had one for Chad's field goal, bet Panther's fans noticed if we did.

Earlier in the year (and famously last year) they would pull up anything illegal in field goal plays, now they won't. So the field goal attempts (probably a few more in this finals series based on how close the teams are) will look horrible and really need a 20 m pass back to give the shooter a chance.

these mid season rule changes are a joke i can see one in 2019, the stripping of ball, how one player will peel off the other will strip, clubs will work it out, and attackers will be stripped of ball all game, and league will say change rule yet again

The permission to strip the ball after the 2nd tackler drops off is not a mid-season rule change.
We will see it be increasing abused though after last night. Sharks should be right on it. Multiple blokes stop an attacker, peel off immediately and let 1 bloke hack away at the ball. That’s exactly what souffs did. By mid next year at the latest the rule will change back.

Watching the rabbits / Roosters game, neither team playing much better than us last night.

Knew the blown chance V the Roosters was going to cost us.
