Ok so Finch has gone and by most reports this should have freed up some cash in the cap for next year. So we get rid of Oake, Cordoba, Kingston (why did we sign him anwyay?) and maybe tempt Cayless to look overseas to finish his career.

Who's the first signing? Who's coming off contract..and before you start we don't need Hunt. We need some mongrel forwards...oh and a halfback unless Mortimer's ready to step up.

I hear Finch is off contract in October, maybe we can buy him back?

no.1 signing would be someone like Michael Monoghan awesome half who can play as a hooker, 5/8th or an utility.

Then a damaging prop who can break the line some one like an Asotasi or Petro... but who is off contract?

We need to strengthen the following areas:

1) Prop
2) Playmaker (half and/or five eight)
3) Second Row
4) Centre

So we should buy accordingly. Without good forwards you cannot hope to win a comp. Oh, and we must re-sign Fui, providing he wants to stay.

Dave Taylor still hasn't agreed to terms with the Bronc's, he might be asking a fair bit. But his mate Josn McGuire might be more in our price range. Ben Hunt from the Bronc's would be a handy pick up as well.

dave taylor will be re signed by the broncos and if they let him go he wouldnt come to parra no way in the world....no broncos players do...when was the last time we signed a broncos player that wasnt useless?

And the rumour mill says the bunnies are in the hunt for Taylor though as his gf's had a baby recently you'd think he'd stay in Brisbane to have family support. Petero will resign with the Panthers I think. i think Bailey is enjoying the sun on the gold coast. So Poore..what about Saffy? He's been playing OK. As for a half I'm still with Mortimer, bring him up and let him play. I think Kelly will come good next year too. We just need a class forward or 2.

Raudonikis dont you think Baily is kind of over-rated, I think he is going down hill not up. BUT to be perfectly honest I do not watch titan games alot. He would be an improvement but it we did sign him we cant expect to sign any other big names.
We may be able to get a few unknowns, but ant expect more.

That would look like a very scary pack thou, simply with the addition of one good player. If this did occur, I wouldnt think we would have to worry about Mortimore being to small.. :D

Actually Baily would be a very good signing mate cos he is still only 26,i think,so as a prop he has plenty left in him,and with mortimer being groomed(which is obvious) and if the mail is right that parra want bird, well to me that looks good cos with bird at 5/8 Mortimer would be well taken care of and in Baily we may just have an actual "King of sting" Hey Ron?

Luke Bailey is 29, he still would have a few good years left in him but his best years are behind him. Would rather go after a younger prop that would cost less.

Think Bailey is 28/29, but even so still be good on a 2 year contract. Old hard prop would be perfect for us.
