The fine was in February. I had a crash 2 weeks ago. I was driving up a road as usuall. (On the speed limit) and a car came straight out, Not giving way. and hit me, I through the breaks on but it was too late. The guy got booked for neglegent driving, lost 4 points, And wasnt insured. He is up for 10,000 dollars and my car is a right off. I get 11,500 dollars for my car, plus reinbursed on rego and hopefully insurance.But Im just hoping I only lose my licence for 3 months from the fine.

You only have yourself to blame for that, you started the thread, you were caught speeding, all fingers point at you.

Hey Matt, they're all talking crap mate! The same thing happened to me at the start of this year, 1 point over and I got 3 months, which is what you'll get too. The good thing is though, with the money I've saved on fuel I can afford a stereo for my car I
