Clearly it's a second team but I like the look of the spine. Sione Fainu at 12 is also interesting.

I wonder if Skelton is behind someone like Staines in the pecking order.

Be good to watch this team go around. The only players that you would have questions about are Skelton and Klemmer to see if this is an indication of where they sit in the current squad and why Galvin is playing but I guess that is probably to just try and build combination with Fainu in case it is needed later on.

All the others are playing to try and impress to get a shot sometime during the season

He's a bigger bloke and probably needs more miles in his legs.
I'm hoping we have better centres.
The centre position is one we are certainly deficient in.
it wouldn’t surprise me if LL is ahead of Skelton in pecking order although like you said re Skeltons size he would likely need work on his cardio.

It looks like Doueihi will be picked in the centres which astounds me but on the flip side he does have the ability to do good things with the ball.

I remember stating this when he played last year and copping it. He had a great game. From that point on he was back to his usual crappy play.

Personally I'd have the following outside backs ahead of him:-

Luke Laulilii
Justin Olam
Sunia Turuva
Jeral Skelton
Charlie Staines
Starford To’a
Brent Naden

The only guy playing from that list is Skelton. I really hope they Skelton makes the top team. He looks to have the ability to get our sets off to a good start.

I know it's only a trial, but TDS is an interesting choice as captain.
Keen to see what Jaxson Rahme can do.

TDS is a proper gun, made for NRL I can see him putting proper pressure on Api and if Api happens to get a suspension or injury, TDS might keep him out of the game. He has the game to be every bit as good as Api
