I know we discussed this before but I just loved Rocket standing over the bloke playing the ball and kneeing them in the head to get them back on the mark.Reddy was so clever, tough, brilliant, intelligent and intimidating - loved watching him do his stuff.
lolOur best #13 arguably since Raper but he has been leading our pack, albeit by deed and inspiration whether playing lock or prop. Cant officially lead as he has been wrongly banned from captaincy. Jeez he was exonerated and a bloody cop lied under oath which helped trash his reputation. Has the NRL since apologized over his unfair treatment, based on lies.
Forgot to say he was very quick too.Reddy was so clever, tough, brilliant, intelligent and intimidating - loved watching him do his stuff.
Very sad loss at a very young age.geoff selby went ok
Anybody remember Graham Buckley?
I think your'e mixing up the two hewi- The Penguin was Graeme Bradley the very much underrated centre- Grahame Buckley was the blonde lock forward a few years earlier; great defensive lock had a terrible run with knee injuries. The penguin was a very underrated player IMO.
I think you mean Graham Bradley . Really good for usThe penguin was a very underrated player IMO.
Besides the obvious RR being my fav I did have a soft spot for Lindsay Drakelol
Rocket, Mackay
Graham Buckley played in our 79 premiership team. Fantastic player. Captain coached in Wauchope for years. Unfortunately died some 5 or 6 years back . A very good lock forwardI think you mean Graham Bradley . Really good for us
I was at Licombe Oval when Billy Smith put him over for 3 tries in his first game for us.Besides the obvious RR being my fav I did have a soft spot for Lindsay Drake
