His 2023 form was "better" but still below NRL standard.

I'm still really nervous about our front rowers for '25. We miss the 8 again if we roll out the same front row next year, regardless of Gutherson, Holmes & Cook.

The gong part is what I meant, where our COE will be set up, though tbf that might be season 2026 by the time its built.

He's going to make it work for the 3yr contract, but just making the point that commute is very much a real thing, it just reduces our ability to recruit from the sydney pool of players, particularly living north side.
