This is a multi-choice, viewable poll - so you can pick the winners and see who is voting for whom.

Knights 12 - Sharks 8.
A funny game.
The sharks got 8-0 penalties in the first half anf the Knights had poor ball security as well. The Sharks seemed to be attacking the Knights line for most of the half and came up with two lucky tries - with both conversion attempts hitting the upright.
I the second half the Knights got a few penalties and ran in two converted tries to win the game.
Either the Sharks have nothing in attack, or the Knights have great defence - a bit of both I think.

doesn't bother me.
The Sharks have something in attack, and they've shown it in previous rounds, I would put it down to lack of go forward, or something like that.

Round 1~ Cronulla Sharks 42 v Penrith Panthers 22
Round 2~ Manly Sea Eagles 26 v Cronulla Sharks 22
Round 3~ Parramatta Eels 16 v Cronulla Sharks 22
Round 4~ Cronulla Sharks 30 v Canterbury Bulldogs 20
Round 5~ Cronulla Sharks 56 vs Central Coast Rip 10
Round 6~ BYE
Round 7~ Cronulla Sharks 32 v Western Suburbs Magpies 10
Round 8~ North Sydney Bears 0 v Cronulla Sharks 14
Round 9~ Cronulla Sharks 26 v Canterbury Bulldogs 12
Round 10~ Canberra Raiders 32 v Cronulla Sharks 22
Round 11~ Penrith Panthers 22 v Cronulla Sharks 28
Round 12~ Cronulla Sharks 12 v Parramatta Eels 25
Round 13~ Balmain Tigers 50 v Cronulla Sharks 22
Round 14~ Newcastle Knights 12 v Cronulla Sharks 8

if you think that's funny have a look at the score in the NRL 50-nil to the Eels... what happened? need to bring up some of the younger guys to win?

I've had a talk to people close to the Knights team this morning. The 8-0 penalty count was my count, and I didn't start counting till halfway through the first half when I thought we were 4-0 down, but we were really 6-0 down (if that makes sense). To make a long story short - the Knights were 10-0 down in the penalty count at halftime and early in the second half they were 12-0 down in the penalty count with one guy in the sin-bin as well,
The Knights are coached by Rip Taylor - who has won premierships in four country divisions with teams such as Wests Rosellas in Newcastle, Wyong in the CC division etc etc (all the best country sides).
He wins premierships by coaching his sides to defend the house down.
In recent weeks the Jersey Flegg refs have been on a crusade to stop the Knights defence from being as 'enthusiastic' as coach Taylor wants them to be - but the boys are actually reveling in huge penalty counts against them. In Saturdays game the boys were screaming at each other to 'get up and smash them' all through the game.
Cronulla had enough ball to win three football games - but they weren't all that keen to use it in the end.

Sydney Roosters 40 (A Kirk 2, S Porter 2, G Millington 2, J Aubusson tries S Porter 6 goals) defeated North Sydney 6 (J Mileto try R Wilson goal)

I was at the Roosters/Bears game. The Bears had lost a couple of their best players up to Premier League while the Roosters had a couple come back into their squad who had been playing Premier League.

I feel sorry for the Central Coast Rip. I don't know what their future is.
