[League WTF]

I have been critical of him for a while now. But the kid’s got heart so I wouldn’t write him off completely.

His speed... especially off the mark and turning was a big issue at fullback. It’s probably due to his height. He just couldn’t support plays quick enough nor make the opposition second guessing. It wasn’t helping his positioning in defence either.

But it was Madge’s fault for putting him at fullback and keeping him there for so long.

I’d keep him in the centre. We can definitely use his height and size close to the try line. I can’t remember the last time we have that luxury, if ever. He needs to work very hard on his defence though.

I was surprised he kicked so well too and if he keeps it up, he can win us those tight games that we’ve been losing consistently in the past.

I think AD could make a really decent centre, but I doubt he will make it at fullback due to his speed. Not just his pace with the ball, but also how quickly he reacts when he receives the ball. Its like he takes 1.5 seconds to make a decision which is enough for the defence to be ready for him. For this reason I'm not sure he will make a good 5/8 either (remains to be seen)

However, he is runs the ball really well, can break a tackle and has height to contest a ball. Really keen to see if he can develop into a centre

It's crazy. I don't get why guys who are overpaid and have produced f**k all don't even cop it whereas a guy like AD who has been pretty good gets a thread like this.
