Also, is it better on a certain system. I have access to PS3/2 and PC. Strangely some games just shine on one console and make you vomit on another.

my manager game is about 2 or 3 years old, i still play it every now and then, i checked it out today, i'm in pre-season for 2009/10, current european champions, ran 2nd in the bundesliga - schalke went undefeated all year!, lost 1-0 in the first game and the last game of the season had a 2-2 draw after being 2-0 up, my current squad is mostly the same squad

It's to easy picking a top side.

I've just started a new game with three leagues running - Bundesliga, Switzerland and Austria.

I'm managing Wohlen in the swiss second division.

No money. Ground capacity 3000. Relegation expected by the board.

I'm aiming to work my reputation up to get a first division job in either the swiss or austrian league, and use that as a springboard for the Bundesliga.

Case in point, one of the guys on here, Ridders...was up til 4am one morning playing it when he had a 3 unit maths exam just a few hours later. :lol::lol:

ah the memories. couldn't recommend a game more than FM07, really does take over your life. And as someone-else mentioned on here, most of the times its un-intentional, you just get lost in the game.

i'm not playing 2007 mine is still like 2005 :lol: i signed him from juve in the 07/08 season and swapped santa cruz and 15m euros, he has a healthy average, been injured a bit, 52 games and 18goals

i still play CM 00/01 every now and then, zlatan is always my first buy from ajax, they practically give him away! kaka will cost around 1m and within 3 years is the best player in the game - funny how it panned out in real life too

Bought FM 2007 today. Picked it up for a measley $35 dollars at K-Mart compared to the $90 at EB Games (however, there is a half-price sale on at the moment). Haven't got to play it yet, been a bit busy but i'm sure over the weekend i'll dig in!
