We have a coach who wanted to leave for Newcastle. A halfback who wanted to play for the Titans. A five-eight who had a run in with the owner. A fullback who is playing on one leg and does not look happy. A forward on his return from Union was to make a huge difference, he hasn't. His brothers, one of which is looking to play in the NFL, have gone backwards. We lost our number one #9 and have not replaced him with anyone of quality. Our best centre crossed the bridge to play for the enemy.

I believe Tom will leave after this season. His mind is elsewhere.

George is just struggling for fitness and form but is trying very hard unlike Tom.

Issac stuffed us up. He should have left after the 2014 GF and we should have kept Api. Hasta la vista to Cam please. Cam ain't got it. Some won't like this comment from me but I'm saying it as it is. With our team we need a running hooker who helps with momentums and gets the forwards going better. We ain't need a hooker like Cam who stands on the spot and is more defence orientated.

I don't care Dylan has gone. He had attitude problems and dint like discipline.

I'd rather have gotten rid of Nielsen and got a Storm forward.

It seems Storm have unearthed a talent in Vokinalu or whatever his name was. He looks a talented winger who will only get better. Still raw but a much better option than Nielsen.

I reckon Storm have woken up and won't take Nielsen as he's a dud. A Storm U18's player would be a better option than Nielsen.

Nielsen should be playing the Ron Massey Cup.

Why we signed him is beyond me????

What is Nielsen on???? Is it 200k???? What a waste if it is I say.

when we get out of this hole (pic above) we will get rusty to kick them (10)dud players to the curb on chalmers st redfern and buy some real 1st grade players hopefully we can find 1 or 2 or 3 first grade players by mid season anything would be better than our current situation just ask dc fan!

Rusty won't take this for much longer. Neither will Richo shadow. Don't worry mate.

If guys don't stand up soon I reckon some will be kicked to the sidewalk. Our club won't take mediocrity. We are a lot better club than that. We are in a successful era.

Can no longer deny that there are no problems within the club.
People on here are picking on the 'dud players' but is it really there fault? Guys like gray, auva'a, clark, Turner, cam/cook (depending on where you stand on the hooker debate), brown, tyrell etc are on low money and are basically role players, and to a certain extent are doing there roles. Those guys combined probably only take up $1.2m on the salary cap, getting rid of those players may give us cap room to but 2 first graders (and 4 rookies on minimum wage to fill the roster back upto 25 players).
We are getting killed in the middle. We have roughly $2m of our cap taken up by burgess brothers ( sam 800k , george 800k tom 400k)
And we are definitely not getting our moneys worth. Sam has been ok, but we are paying james graham level money for scott bolton level performances. Twins have been diabolical since the gf, only occasionally putting in a performance we know they are capable of. Sams return hasn't had the desired effect on the field it's probably had a worse effect off the field. Sams interview on Steelo about players having to leave for him to return was cringe worthy, he had no remorse that others were so effected by his return. Walker and mcqueen were popular players within the group and tim grant was as professional as they come, they having to leave for sam had to lower morale. The way keary attacked sam for not sticking up for his fellow players during Crowes tirade speaks volumes. Making Sam captain at the moment may be a disastrous decision.
Which brings me onto G.I. this is the guy who has been the driving force to our sucess in the last few years. He had been consistently great between 2012-2014 (as opposed to burgess who was inconsistent and really only had that 10 game run at the back end of 2014) and even last year he was by far our best player despite him being down by his lofty standards. He is another high paid player and we obviously aren't getting the best out of him as he feels he has to do hit ups because forwards aren't performing (where is our forward leader) and you can clearly see their is something wrong. He is clearly frustrated and heavily marked every time he gets the ball. All this talk about Sam and G.I not getting alomg may be paper talk but where there's smoke there's fire and it's clear our team is split and that there are divisions in our team.
So while people may blame the usual punching bags, cam/cook, auvaa, goodwin, keary, tyrell etc i really think we need to have a look at the effect the burgess brothers are having on this team

where is the proof that madge wanted to go to newcastle, or that reyno wanted to go to titans?

yeah keary had a disagreement with rusty but they are over it.

sam hasn't made a huge impact because he is playing too many mins. he looks buggered out there! he is still one of our best, making a lot of tackles and making plenty of metres though. he will make more of an impact if he doesn't have to carry the forwards and play so many mins!

i believe mcinnes/cook can be a good combo at dummy half (as long as cook gets enough mins). issac luke wanted to leave for his home nation - so be it. move on

dylan wanted to leave for more money and to play five eighth - so be it. move on. hunt has been pretty good in the centres anyway

i agree that the twins need to focus and play very good like we know they can (hopefully they do), and gi's knee is a bit of a worry (but there isn't much we can do about that)

once we get sutto and musgrove and aj back fit and drop cam and tyrrell to the bears and use cook as no9 permanently with carter as our back up hooker as ive said months ago but carter has to be in our 17 always we will be ok from then on.goodwin has to be in the centres with auvaa,hunt and oldfield can fight it out for the other wing spot unless hunt stays at centre with auvaa and goodwin will be the other winger with aj as our other winger.

Tell Cam and Tyrrell to go altogether. Say Hasta la vista. Richo won't put up with mediocrity and neither will Crowe.

Lets put things in perspective - we've only lost 2 consecutive games, not 20. Remember when we won our opening two games by large margins? I didn't hear any talk of internal problems then. Its funny how these rumors always seem to crop up every time a team is out of form.
