get well mate take 6 lemons squeeze them in to a pot with 2 cups of water and add a teaspoon of honey with ginger and a clove of garlic and take 2 panadol before you drink shadows elixer believe me it works, repeat in 4 hours time and you should pick up mate....get well soon cobber we all miss you it gets boring if your not in here lol....Shadow...
