I just looked at the dogs side, Averillo dropped, Corey Allan moved to the wing and yet the same starting props and edge back rowers, a new lock but I think Jackson is hurt. These young spine players are already paying the price for a forward pack that cant compete.

Jackson was suspended, not injured.

The betting odds for the first three games this week are hilarious, we are paying a 1.08 to beat manly and we are the third shortest favorite this week.
3 game multin on those teams pays $472.50

Can powerplay it for $548.48

Meanwhile a 3 game multi on the favs pays $1.28 and power play it for $1.32

That's just insane really.

It was the same in round 19 last year and one of the fav's lost.

I'm on the favorites each giving up 19.5 start, and it's still not paying huge dollars.

Well this is the second favourable treatment they received.
Are you talking just this week? Or season....
Coz im talking since the existence of humanity, and they've probably hit the ceiling in regards to favourable treatments, i hope they get more and still suck, then it'll show how useless they are without every whine and bending of rules and exemptions they get..

As ive always said, rusty has a plane at the tarmac, fueled up and ready to fly you all to barrosa valley to stay forever, no strings attached... punt those chooks to Adelaide

They received approval to use Joseph Suaalii before he turns 18.

$1-08 odds is way to short. To many variables in an NRL game to be taking odds that short.you’d have to back 13 winners at those same odds just to cover 1 loss (approximately).

Many years ago when I was in my teens there was a punter nicknamed the ‘Fireman’ who was famous for a while for landing huge bets on very short priced favourites on the gee Gees. He had a great run, but a few of his plunges went awry in quick succession and he was basically never heard from again.

Yes and salary dispensation for sonny bill last year, and boyd cordner this year, even thought he had multiple head knocks, all through the season, and then let him play origin, where this rule only exists for aswel as internationals not for the normal club matches, instead of resting him for this 12 weeks thru the off season, and where does this magic number "12 weeks" come from?
Its the minimum time to spend away to get THAT dispensation, effectively fkn rorting the system. And we all just laugh and go, fair enough its the Roosters... fück all that!
Getting a player at $350grand all year plus a fresh cordner returning at the pointy end of the season.
Actually they probably get salary dispensation for the yacht insurance they all posses too

Katoa's "effort" for the Jarome Hughes try was pretty embarrassing.

I don't think he's playing the long game here martie.
