He can miss as many tackles or make as many bad reads as he wants. Just as long as he is there to ice the game at the end. Same for Jimmy (C).

Should I take this back?

That was the worst game of football I've seen Maloney play in my entire life.

Yet he scores the try to ice the game.

Can you take Dally M points away???

Must have thought it was a safe thing bagging Moylan out defensively for missing 8 tackles for a 66.7% tackle rate.

Only for Jimmy to raise it with 12 missed tackles and a 43.5% tackle rate.

Not many players from any of the 4 NRL teams can hold their heads high for their defence. Today was touch footy day. Losing teams scoring 31 and 32 points.

Sharks lost due to a shocking kick from Holmes. We won from a forward pass from Maloney. Who had a terrible game and was lucky the touchy had no balls to call it forward.

Yeh f**k that guy who plays for our team & won us the game. All hail the bloke who doesn’t play for our team, shit on our club & didn’t win his team the game.

Makes perfect sense.

Did anyone else hear Dene Halatau’s interview of Luke Lewis on ABC Grandstand?

He asked Luke Lewis which team mate he would least like to be stuck on a deserted island with (as well as which team mate he would most like to be stuck on an island with).

Luke Lewis said he would least like to be stuck on an island with Moylan. He said Moylan was a pretty lazy guy and always mucking up and didn’t think he would help them survive,

So who would he like to be stuck on a island with?

As this competition shows you have to turn up with your A game otherwise you may not get the result you expect.

Moylan scored a really good try which at the time watching in the Penrith Paceway I thought was going to be the match winner but the Sea Eagles dug deep and got the points.

I don't know whether you could lay the blame with Moylan for the Sharks loss today, there were 17 players out there and the Sea Eagles gave a really good account of themselves given there heartbreaking loss to us last week.

Yes and then he set up the try that got us in front and then scored the try that won us the game. What a champion player he is.

When the clutch plays had to be made Maloney delivered and we got the two points. Happy days I guess.

I understand you are obviously disappointed we won the game today and the Sharks lost.

Yes Maloney is still not at his best but even allowing for the fact he was apparently terrible, according to you, when we needed him the most he delivered and contributed to us securing an invaluable two points.

I watched the Sharks v Sea Eagles game before going to our game and frankly other than his great try Moylan was no where to be seen when the Sharks needed him the most.

I am sorry for you pain but despite the fact it wasn't the performance we were all hoping for, we got the two points and even if it is just me I am rapt with another comeback win.

Jimmy's been doing ok when you take into account he's been playing with a broken thumb. More guts than a bloke that wouldn't support his team mates and fans because his feelings were hurt. Bad as Jimmy may have been, at least he put the team first
