great work and i love this survery stuff. i love the idea to spread talent around evenly

i forgot to add things in such as contracts etc system

dedicate yourself and if you want out front the LU judicary and then they make a call. it would make it easy for captains to retain players who want to play!

judiciary idea, while sounding good, just means having more people doing more things. Given there's a lot of concern about how long refs take to mark articles, asking for a judiciary is a bit silly imo.

Furthermore, given some sides have a small number of players, peanlising sides for not getting all 5 articles in is hardly inspiring the players to keep performing. In turn it'd lead to more people leaving than coming in.

Teams should not be penalised unless they breach the F7's guidelines (fair play stuff).

I think providing incentives for teams to get all five posts in is the way to go - rather than punishments.

I think the incentives we have in place now (the bonus point, and the priority in ordering the table based on posts made) work quite well.

Just thinking through the suggestions to have other sport rounds etc, maybe the way to do that is through the smaller PvP/pree-season competition, as it might attract a few new writers in? Or the end of year rep season? Or through a smaller numbers per team Challenge Cup-style knock out comp held sporadically through the season draw?

I'm a fan of leaving the F7s competition proper just related to rugby league, rather than all sports. That would belong on a sports website imo, moreso than a league website.
