Ben Te'o will be heading into this pre-season in the best form of his career. He has no need for any off-season surgery and is 100% fit. Hoping to work on his stamina as the main key for next season. So expect a big season from him, and to get more game time if all goes well.

best form of his career - isnt he a rookie.

But also of note he will be named in the kiwi touring squad to the U.K late tonight or tomorrow morning. Kemble pretty much come out and said he is one of the most exciting youngsters for kiwis. So he should come back bigger and better.
Tigers could do worse than have a backrow with Heighno and Teo next year - would stop people arguing they dont have any size.

Tigers could have up to 5 players in the squad, probably more than the warriors:

Tuiaki - a cert on one wing
Halatau - they like him at starting hooker - not enteprising but tough for opening 25mins.
Harrison - should make the squad - with injuries might contest for a bench spot against aussie - hopefully in the backrow and secondary as a prop
Whatauira - with a young halves combo - might go with What-man in the centres.

Imagine if benji was fit - to have 6 kiwi reps - it would of put the warriors to shame.

yeah he does, he was in the warriors development team, and i think he was about 17 when he got some bad injurys, and was let go. trained his heart out and got a contract with the tigers. couple years later here he is

Refreshing to see someone know what they are talking about. He had to have an operation in the last off-season with us also. So this time around he will have an ENTIRE 6 months to work on his game.

know what im talking about - i knew the whole fairytale story - just thought the statement career best form - was the right statement.

He has a big future and Kemble has commented on his exitement towards ben - so I suspect he will be in the tour squad or else he will be looked at closely next season.

Get over it - Im already a big Teo fan. Another Wests Tigers kiwi international another reason why tigers have lots of support from kiwi league fans.

I thaught Te`o was clearly our best forward over the last 4-5 rounds. He played with the intencity, passion and aggression that`s needed, can only hope some of our other forwards can take his lead into next season ?
