I love Vossys passion for the international game, out of everyone in the media he and Steve Mascord have always held the game in the highest regard.

BUT

Vossy is very poor at building an occasion, his commentary doesn't build any tension or drama. In the NZ v Aust game he spent more time laughing about haircuts and selling pants on eBay which takes away from the sense of occasion.

Voss is brilliant on a Thursday night for Bulldogs V Dragons, he makes a boring game fun, but he should stay away from the big games.

I'm not sure who it is, but someone in the Womens RLWC Final keeps coughing. It's either one of the commentators, someone just behind the scenes, or the ref ... but whoever it is is doing my head in!
I'm watching the game on my phone with headphones on, so it's really noticeable.

Enjoyed it being on Kayo and being able to stream when I liked, it suits a tournament in nth hemisphere well. Commentators were all good and loved vossy as always. The panels on fox were ok But same old faces we get every week on nrl on fox. Would have been refreshing to see some kiwis on them!

Voss said he didn't think it resembled Ray very much. The person who "blew up" and made an issue out of it was Ray Hadley as he took offence to the comments and repeatedly attacked Vossy over it (iirc).
