The problem is the Board have no aspirations in seeing the club a force in the premiership.

They have not worked hard at bringing in TPA's, hence it is very difficult to compete with any of the "richer" clubs.

The last 2 head coaching appointments have been uninspiring.

No TPA's + Average to mediocre head coach/Pathways Director= Mediocre recruitment prospects.

The club then compounds our woes by failing to filter junior prospects and loses the good ones more often than not.

Result is we rely largely on fringe first graders to compete in an elite competition.

The fish rots from the head first. We need a new broom through the upper echeon of admin before things improve.

I believe they have aspirations. It's their competence where they fall short. Our brand is so strong it baffles me how we have so little corporate support in comparison to the big clubs.

What is the latest update on Bruce Gordon investing in the club ? Is he now our only hope of salvation for this once proud club ?
