Matt’s family has asked the following be passed on.
………………….

Hi all,

As Matt was not much of a flower person we thought it would be a good idea if anyone was thinking of sending flowers, perhaps consider making a donation to one of the charities he supported. The 2 options are:

Dandelion Support Network

https://dandelionsupport.org.au/donate-funds/

Dandelion provides essential items such as nursery equipment, clothing, and other baby goods to families in need. Matt supported this charity, and many of his clients — particularly those who were pregnant or had young children — benefitted from the dignity and care it provides.

WAGEC (Women's and Girls' Emergency Centre)

https://donations.wagec.org.au

Based in Redfern on the lands of the Gadigal and Wangal people of the Eora Nation, WAGEC supports around 200 women and children each night who are impacted by homelessness, domestic violence, and systemic disadvantage. Their work includes crisis accommodation, case management, material aid, and biopsychosocial support. They also focus on prevention, working with communities and organisations to help address the root causes of gender-based violence. This charity reflects Matt’s commitment to supporting First Nations people, and particularly women and children experiencing adversity.

Thanks so much

Nice. I’ve done volunteering with Dandelion and really great what they do.
