Friday Night Football - please show different teams

Broncos are on for the fourth night in a row on Friday night. If we have to have a Qld team can't we share it around. All 3 Qld teams are playing like busted rses at the moment.

Next week both the Titans and Cowboys are on Friday night (same game obviously).

The Storm have specifically requested not to be scheduled on Friday night games as Channel Nine will be sure to broadcast them after midnight, which is detrimental to promoting the code in Melbourne. Monday night is probably one of the better timeslots for Storm games.

Also the Warriors will never get a Friday night home game due to the time difference, as a 7:30 kick-off in Auckland = 5:30 in the Eastern states. They tend to get Saturday & Sunday games as the time difference means Fox can fill the 5:30 Saturday and midday Sunday timeslots with a live match.

Whoever they show they need to get some mics turned on the crowd. The atmosphere at Ch9 games sounds dreadful compared to Fox games and I can only think it is due to them not having crowd mics picking up the noise at the game.

So C9 will play them at a better time on Monday Night? Of course, Storm are used to playing in front of no one. MNF would suit them.

FNF needs less Broncos. And the Warriors 5.30 thing is an excuse. If any of the 3 QLD sides played a FNF game in NSW, play that live, and the Warriors home game on delay in Australia. PLay them both live in NZ.

FNF always needed more Warriors and Raiders.

Well I live in QLD and don't like watching any of the QLD teams play, so I kind of find it annoying that I have to sit through a Broncos game every Friday night just to see the game I want to see. I sincerely hope channel 9 lose the tv rights and quick

it must be awful living up there if you don't support a qld team. i don't think it matters which channel gets the tv rights. they will look at the ratings and come to the conclusion that the same fromat on friday nights will be the way to go.
