The speulation is over, Fuifui signs with second tier outfit Leigh Centurions... following in the footsteps of Scott Mahon... perhaps there was no Super League interest after all?

Anyhow, good luck to Fui in Greater Manchester!

Didn't I read they are trying to get into the Superleague and he is part of their plan? Probably gave him a decent deal to help them and then bonuses if he helps them get in.

I wish him well, was one of my favs of all time too!

They would definitely be one of the favourites for promotion to Super League... can't wait to see Fui bending the line for them...

Fui wanted to play in a First Division team cause he will be on a similar deal to if if was playing Super league.

Trains basically 2 or 3 times per week (Part Time) and still allows him to do what he wants (travel, promo work).

He never wanted to play Super League, I've spoken to former Dragons and Sea Eagles lower grader Ben Musolino's father. Ben is playing first division also. It's not that bad of a standard and he is getting the same money as he was earning at Manly and for a young kid still gets to travel, does some part time work and plays footy on the weekend.

Have a look at Bradford Bulls, they have recruited up to 15 players for this season to get back into the Super League.

Fui the legend.

Finally something that has me interested in pommy sport. No chance of Div 2 matches being seen here though.

MoiMoi takes off

Forget the Beatles, Justin Bieber and One Direction. The northern English town of Leigh has been struck by Fuifui MoiMoi fever with fans flocking to buy everything from coffee mugs, T-shirts and footy jumpers branded with his initials FFMM, his No.8 and creed, "Love the Smash". Since the former Kiwi international was released by Parramatta and recruited by the Leigh Centurions – one of the 22 foundation clubs that broke away from rugby to form the northern union, aka rugby league – MoiMoi has captured the public's imagination and they're hoping his powerful charges will allow their team to break into Super League.

MoiMoi is in Tonga soaking up *solar energy before he hits England. The hard-hitting forward said that, unlike his body, he can't guarantee the coffee cups won't smash if dropped.

Is Fui Fui Moi Moi the last link to Parramatta's entrenched losing culture? Or is it one of the ball boys?
