I posted a poll where fans voted for what they want

don’t you hate democracy ?
Clearly given how many attend these grounds compared to 'big' stadiums its not what they want after all. I mean even the horrible accor stadium draws bigger crowd avg's

They want stadiums that are located where the team represents

ideally renovated

what they don’t want is accor

won’t be surprised if the dogs move out of accor and south’s moving out once their lease expires

Nobody wants accor, but to want LO with a bit of lipstick smeared over it compared to a commbank experience is just bizarre. But so Rugba league

Tigers fans don’t want to play at commbank

it’s parramatta home ground
Its western sydney stadium. Its whoever plays there's home ground. Tigers need to move their Ft, make it their home as well, get fans used to attending there and then give fans chance to experience not being in slums. At the moment they are nomads playing in two sht grounds to small crowds and one quality stadium with small crowds. No wonder their fan based revenue is so low.

So Sydney Rugba league lol.

2022 Tigers avgs
LO 12.8k (4 games)
Commbank 11.4k (4 games)
Campbelltown 9k (2 games)

Except Tigers are already using commbank
as for Hull:
We own the ground, its fit for purpose, we are further developing it, our fanbase would NEVER attend West Hull.
The original plan was for the stadium to be built in a neutral venue and all three Hull clubs use it. If that was the case we would/should have it as home. Building it a stones throw from the Boulevard was always going to exempt HKR from using it.

Very different scenarios so why would you? Tigers already use commbank. Fans are not adverse to attending there as can be seen in avg attendances. It gives Tigers chance to build fanbase and coporate revenue more than current amounts.
SL is not NRL.

Those stats weaken your argument

No they show that fans are not any more adverse to attending commbank than suburban grounds and that is something the Tigers could build on.
Leichhardt oval has a greater attendance figure

and here the important bit much lower rent than commbank

Tigers will never, ever, get 20 000 at Leichhardt again.
They could get 30000 at Commbank when doing well.
Not to mention the massively huge increase in corporate facilities in income.
Leichardt is a f**king dump.
How on earth you could be arguing for that over Commbank for the Tigers I'll never understand.

It also has the least opportunity for growth. Sure if happy to stay with their poor crowds, poor corporate sales and as is then stay as is.

re rent, That is true, but only matters if you dont have the confidence in your business to grow it. If you are confident your business has the ability to grow with better premises then moving makes total sense, even for higher rent. Staying as is is a self defeating prophecy and shows the Tigers really dont have much of a plan.
Souths are a good example of moving away from traditional area to broaden your appeal and attract more fans and greater revenue, and they moved to a pretty sht stadium.

He's as deluded as Vlandys and thinks the NSW Govt is going to spend hundreds of millions on each venue to turn all 6 of them into state of the art stadiums.

Leichhardt does not have a higher attendance at all actually Wb.

Since its formation, the Wests Tigers have had:

- 92 home games at Leichhardt Oval with an average attendance of 12,642 per game;
- 88 home games at Campbelltown Stadium with an average attendance of 11,728 per game;
- 20 home games at the old SFS with an average attendance of 18,332 per game;
- 15 home games at the SCG with an average attendance of 20,682 per game;
- 39 home games at (now) Accor Stadium with an average attendance of 22,397 per game; and
- 14 home games at Commbank Stadium with an average attendance of 10,648 per game.

Source: https://afltables.com/rl/crowds/wests_tigers.html

As such I don't think Leichhardt Oval is what Wests Tigers fans are clamouring for per se.

Additionally, plenty of current and past administrators at the Wests Tigers have admitted that playing games at Leichhardt Oval severely erodes its revenue base as corporates will not pay corporate rates due to the poor amenities at that ground.

We are not London so will never have 6-7 Commbanks in Sydney.
At this stage, we'll be lucky to get the Penrith upgrade.
Leichhardt, Kogarah, Brookvale and Shark Park are crap. Penrith isn't much better and Belmore pretty much shouldn't be used. Campbelltown is rubbish as well.
