You’ll get yourself banned if you keep posting porn, sir.Not enough stadium talk in the stadium thread.
Here's a pic of the best regional stadium in Oz.

No regrets of courseI give them a go every weekend... they give me a belly after about 10 VBs
Ideally we'd get a new 30k commbank built at Burswood (theres space there to do it) but having invested $160mill in HBF park already and still having 15 years lease on the place its hard to see them walking away. Maybe if Glory and Force where doing anything then they might be more inclined but best we'll get is a new corporate west stand and a roof and extension on the south stand I suspect. That would take it up to 25-27k which would be fine capacity wise. With HBF Park getting a turf upgrade and the state government funding a study into the feasibility of an NRL team, you would have to say that a new stadium is almost vital for a successful bid. Another stadium in the style of Parramatta Stadium would be pretty good, but is there enough longevity in the Force to see three tenants there? Are two teams (Perth RL and Perth Glory) enough? Surely all the extra events still get placed at Optus.
It’s a big spend to host just 12-13 NRL and another 13 A League matches. Maybe the government funds a couple of NRL clubs to play their home games against a new Perth side in Perth as we’ve seen Manly do in Brisbane before.
Craven Cottage is one of the best grounds to go in England.Haha, you think craven cottage is as bad? it’s a 22k all seater mostly covered stadium, and you think that is in some way comparable to sydneys dumps? Ok so what else in epl is as bad as LO. This will be fun.

I don't think it should be a " deal breaker " term for a Perth team , like the extortion being perpetrated by klanball on the Tas GovtDo we think a new stadium is vital? HBF Park is perfectly fine as the home ground of an NRL team. Should they build to a point that it's warranted, they can play finals matches at Optus.
Whole new stadium is excessive. I’d encourage them to build a new stand at HBF, that’s all it needs.I don't think it should be a " deal breaker " term for a Perth team , like the extortion being perpetrated by klanball on the Tas Govt
But the WA govt should be told it would be highly desirable ..
