One thing I remembered about Accor when I was there yesterday is that the sideline lower tiers are already movable- so it should be cheaper to do the sizes as they won’t have to be demolished, it could be possible to extend the tracks that the lower towers move on then move them inward and fill the area behind them. That would just leave the ends that would need actual reconstruction.
