4. HBF Park upgrade $350-400mill 27k (Perth expansion pending)
5. Possible PNG stadium upgrade

I don't think anything is planned for Suncorp, all the press seems to be everything but upgrade it

Unless the nsw govt wants to keep paying 8 million a year to keep the grand final then there’s another 500 to 800 million coming on stadiums in Sydney / nsw

Assuming it’s 500 to 800 million and none of it goes to a roof at Accor then

1. Brookie 250 million replace hill with new two tier stand
2. Cronulla 50 million to fill in the corner or do something small


That leaves 200 to 500 million which could finish of Newcastle as a 40k stadium and maybe do one stand the Wollongong
