Playing rectangular sports on a large oval should be avoided wherever possible

As a one off sure but the nfl is a multi year deal

Accor would’ve provided a way better experience for fans and its capacity is still large

Wait for the complaints from Aussie fans when the game is on

Accor as bad as it is craps all over the mcg for viewing experience

Hasn’t everyone on here been complaining the ACCOR needs to be converted to rectangular? Isn’t is an oval as well.

Accor is not rectangular, but anyone with eyesight can see that it’s no where near the same shape as the MCG.,especially along the sidelines.

The stadium's field is 160 meters by 118 meters


MCG 174 metres x 149 metres

Coliseum shape means the distance from the stands is even worse

I'm really not sure how some people believe the MCG oval is the same as ACCOR oval
