It is never too late. The time for that was three years ago. Most of those parties didn't even bother to meet with the review teams.

And end up with another Homebush? No good for any code. The NRL, Broncos, Maroons, Reds should apply pressure to the Qld government to make the new stadium for the olympics convertable to a rectangular configuration after the olympics.
The AFL had to pay $1m and play those games there as part of the deal to keep it oval. The AFL would say money well spent, but it made the venue crap for all sports..
Wow, I just learned that the swans played at the toilet bowl for 14 years. I thought they gave up after one year.
Apparently they played 3 "blockbuster" games and finals there every year. Got some big crowds early but by the end they had trouble getting more than 30k in there.
Stupid f**king cocks. Ruined the stadium to play your shit games. When push came to shove nobody wanted you there. Cocks.
.
Exactly. That would be better for the NRL than to leave it great for AFL. But actually I mean make it convertible to a proper rectangle. There is just no need for another oval. Gabba is fine for all oval sports. And end up with another Homebush? No good for any code.
Centre of excellence not a leagues clubNot quite stadium related, what happened to the Titans Leagues club ?
Reading about it a few years ago, have not heard since.
There is proposed plans for the Gabba site and it doesn’t involve a rectangular stadium.Spitballing here but with the Gabba getting knocked down and no official plan for the site that I know of, I wonder if there is any chance of building a new Rectangular stadium there in the future. Would there be room for a 80k ground?
if Suncorp can’t expand I wonder if miner refurbs and reduced capacity might serve. Regular club games plus Reds & Roar at a reduced Suncorp while the Dolphins & Broncos take marquee and Finals games to a new Gabba ground along with Origin, internationals, and major Concert events.
What is it?There is proposed plans for the Gabba site and it doesn’t involve a rectangular stadium.
1. Green space and residential precinct with restaurants etc. or, 2. New Brisbane Entertainment Center. or, 3. New school similar to Brisbane South State Secondary College in Dutton Park. What is it?

Nope not the one at Parkview, it was going to be in Oxenford.Centre of excellence not a leagues club
Parkview ?
All of those ideas are crap.1. Green space and residential precinct with restaurants etc. or, 2. New Brisbane Entertainment Center. or, 3. New school similar to Brisbane South State Secondary College in Dutton Park.
Why in heck are they knocking the Gabba down? Man, the Olympics are horrible. There is proposed plans for the Gabba site and it doesn’t involve a rectangular stadium.
I see. Do What the AFL did to Homebush? Very sneaky. With the stands being build in an oval shape around a running track, it will only ever be oval, just like Homebush.Exactly. That would be better for the NRL than to leave it great for AFL. But actually I mean make it convertible to a proper rectangle. There is just no need for another oval. Brisbane should be aiming to be the only big city with a 70k rectangular stadium and thus get all the big NRL, Rugby and soccer games.I’m no expert on Suncorp, been there only once at Magic Round last year but it seemed an awesome stadium as is.
What upgrade does it need ?
Marketing mumbo jumbo for a crappy real estate development. Just as is happening at Victoria Park.1. Green space and residential precinct with restaurants etc. or, 2. New Brisbane Entertainment Center. or, 3. New school similar to Brisbane South State Secondary College in Dutton Park.
