You suggesting they build Accor to 60k so it can be as intimate as allegiant and tottenham?
Where have I posted making Homebush 60k? You're drifting into your old habits of responding to answers you want to again!

Do better.
Wembley was arguably out of date before they finished building the place. The absence of a roof was a massive error (see Allegiant and Sofia). The quality of the pitch which has been relaid countless times and it's ability to consistently hold hard-wearing, and a variety of, events on the surface week in week out is questionable (see retractable pitches at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Santiago Bernabeu). Wembley is cavernous and when not full which provides a poor, soulless atmosphere. The bottom tier is far too big which adds to this and also an issue for a stadium without a roof where there is a lot of rain like Sydney. A smaller bottom tier, with higher tiers far closer to the pitch is more desired (see Millennium Stadium).
I haven't mentioned the concourses, surrounding facilities, transport, etc. All elements of the Wembley Stadium experience which should be far better.
All these features could be accommodated for an 80k-90k stadium. Don't let your hard on for Wembley blind you from the obvious fact that whilst Wembley is a good stadium, it isn't the pinnacle which is what the NRL should be pushing for Homebush.
