This is from the Nou Camp website:

The Future Camp Nou project is a major redevelopment initiative for the iconic Camp Nou stadium in Barcelona, Spain. The project involves a complete transformation of the stadium, enhancing its capacity, facilities, and overall fan experience. Once completed, the stadium will have a seating capacity of over 100,000, making it one of the largest in Europe. The redesign includes modernized seating, VIP areas, expanded hospitality facilities, and improved accessibility. Advanced technologies will be integrated to optimize operations and ensure a sustainable, energy-efficient venue. The project aims to solidify Camp Nou’s status as a global football landmark while offering a state-of-the-art experience for visitors. In addition to enhancing the matchday experience, the development is expected to contribute to the local economy by attracting more international events and tourism. The Future Camp Nou project highlights Barcelona’s commitment to maintaining its leadership in world-class sports and entertainment.

I just bolded those bits myself.

Where have I posted making Homebush 60k? You're drifting into your old habits of responding to answers you want to again!;) Do better.
You cant compare viewing distances of 60k and 90k stadiums! Only way wembley, or a new accor has the same feel of those stadiums you listed if it is the same size.

Santiago Bernabeu is the same size as Homebush. Your attempt to move the goalposts has failed again. Just take the L on this and accept, as everyone else is, that Wembley is not a stadium for a new Homebush to aspire to

Thought it was nice to see the Warriors playing a game in the bush right now but then realised the match was at Shark Park:eek: It should be mandated soon that the primary home ground of a first grade team is 20k if the average attendances of the league are to continue increasing.

Well there are about 6 grounds currently in use that would not meet that criteria . But do carry on.

Outside of Manly (which is heading in the right direction), Wests (who should be encouraged to play at Homebush) and St George (who should play more at SFS), I'm at a loss who else is stopping itself, and the NRL, from meeting the audience/attendance potential with such a poor home ground.

How is manly heading in the right direction?
Have you been to Homebush? Do you really believe wests supporters want their team to play there? Do you live here? Have you any idea what you are talking about? As for the NRL. They’ve bought a hotel sitting on top of the Sharks ground. Might indicate they support use of the stadium? Thoughts? By the way, the EPL and many other major leagues have clubs with stadiums with vastly different capacities. A differential of over 400% in the EPL. But do carry on.

I wouldn't be comparing EPL to NRL, it's not just a different sport but a different galaxy.

Yes, been to Homebush, if the NRL could get Venues NSW to remodel the stadium as required, contingent Canterbury and Wests making it their majority home ground, I'm sure the PVL/NRL wouldn't look that gift horse in the mouth.

If there are no standards, there is no impetus for the bottlefeeders to improve. However poor North Melbourne Kangaroos or St Kilda are, at least they don't play in an unbefitting stadium.

Enjoy the reaming by the Wahs

I can compare the NRL and EPL stadiums capacity as it’s legitimate. The fact this doesn’t suit your agenda is your problem. Last year the stadium capacity differential in the EPL was over 600% by the way. Sorry if that’s an inconvenient truth.
as for Homebush being ‘remodelled’? Well it isn’t okay? Oh and by the way St kilda and North Melbourne are likely to be the next clubs to get chucked out of the afl via expansion. The NRL has shown its hand buying the hotel at shark park. We are here forever. Suck it up.

Yeh and it looks just like wembley lol
Oh you are going on aesthetics from the outside now is it? No question that Wembley looks good from the outside. Goalposts moving again lol. Take the L JB.

Where have you read that these 2 are being chucked out of the AFL via expansion? Please share.

NRL has bought a hotel on the Sunshine Coast, have they shown their hand and are they moving a team there? Derp

I haven't said for the Sharks to be moved, as a growing number of people are. I'm just saying they need to grow up and get their shit together as their current home ground is an embarrassment to Cronulla and the NRL!

No club in the EPL least of all those clubs with grounds under 20k have a god given right to be in the competition. They generally end up in the lower divisions quick smart.
