My understanding is that they're family but like many rellies, don't see each other that often. Perhaps that's just something being said to take pressure off the younger Gasnier.

Agreed. I don't find him to be a stand-out in the ESL, so god only knows how he'd cut it in the NRL.

It's funny, English recruits in the 1970's were all tough forwards, the 1980's saw us import skillful backs & now we're heading back to recruiting the hard-hitting forwards again.

And no, let's not mention Lee Jackson :lol:
