Now I'm not excusing anyone if they said those things they deserve to be banned.
But the article says Gagai was racially abused but didn't hear the comments, how can you be abused if you weren't even aware it was happening?
Again not saying it's right but why are the telegraph trying to make a bad situation sound even worse? If I read that headline I assume the guy shouted it at him whereas it sounds like it was a comment between individuals.
