How is he lazy!, Sheens did not say he was lazy and in fact was among the hardest trainers in the club but very raw, he has had 1 off season.

He did not get on with some players but that is well known and one official but now he is happy to be gone.

He was impressed with Elliott with his frankness and he likes to know where he stands with people not hear one thing and another thing to happen.

Hardest workers ..

He went missing more than once, was dropped more than once for disciplinary reasons, is often lazy in defense and wanted out because he wanted a pay rise he hadn’t yet deserved, oh and worst of all he hangs around with Mundine….

Glad to be rid of him

And he would get on more with some of the players if he improved his attitude a bit.

We are in talks with a couple more. Can't confirm if they have officially signed yet though.

If we don't get some fresh faces into the coaching staff we will most certainly be strong contenders for the wooden spoon next year. I, for one, as much as I dislike the fact that Fittler turned his back on his western suburbs roots and has become a coffee sipping yuppie and makes me physically sick, I think he would have more to offer in a game plan that Elliott.

Frank Puletua has now re-signed according to Andrew Farrell on PI.

Not sure whether to be happy or dissapointed about that. He's had a decent season and gives us plenty of experience, however apparently he had some bonuses that were activated meaning more use of the salary cap. :?

Thoughts guys? Any more info on these "bonuses"?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, although I have no idea how big these bonuses actually are.
Hopefully we can squeeze in a winger/centre and backup five-eighth/halfback though, or we will struggle IMO.
