Unless another bottom 4 club (Penrith?) throw him silly money to play 6.

His pathway back into rep football is at centre. So from that perspective he should embrace the move.
Even Daley and Freddy were picked in the centres in rep football.
I know he went ok but Best had no business being picked over Burton for NSW last year.

This Year?

The Bulldogs have more player movement than a nightclub.
Whether dodgy or not its better than being a bottom 4 club with no vision of how to become a top 4 side.

Burton doesn't play centre regularly. It counts against you when it comes to rep selection. Unless you are a special talent like Latrell or Tommy.

If Burton plays centre regularly he will absolutely play more rep football. And the Dogs suddenly look a lot more dangerous outfit on both sides of the field.

i mean bulldogs already got one of our good young halfs in alex conti
and nrl wants to add more teams ?? why so they can take players off us as well

Montoya punted and Xerri for centre

But also talk Burton plays fullback

For a mid-season switch that would be totally bizarre. That is surely something you experiment with in the off-season. He is a great centre you take the obvious option.

Huge risk to derail their season

Better hope they got Chriton Burton and kikau on board with this first

But if it works out hugely improves their premiership chances this year

Burtons bombs should still be used at times even if he moves to centre

Tigers should chase smith now or eels

I must be missing something because I don’t think he’s that good. If he can keep developing on his potential he could be a really good player in the future but he’s not difference making half now. Not even close. It’s more likely to disrupt them.

Why were all those players unhappy at the Tigers yet happy at their new clubs?

Maybe the Tigers are the problem?

Having said that, I hope this blows up in the dog's faces.

Edit - i misread your post. You were only complaining about Galvin. I thought you were talking about all the players that left the Tigers.

we lost a lot of juniors cause they thought Galvin was staying
we are just lucky that Latu didnt end up asking out at the start of the year
