I mean given you've mentioned a FW investigation, some of the standard examples of bullying per s.789FD are exclusion in (or from) the workplace, deprivation of opportunity or deliberate unreasonable work demands (like giving someone too much or too little work, or forcing them to take leave potentially).
That's probably why Moses has made this play. I genuinely don't know if Galvin is covered and I doubt this would be considered anything but reasonable action, but for someone like Moses it's not about that. It's about playing the club into a position where the easiest option is to cave rather than slog it out in public anymore.
I kind of feel bad for Galvin tbh. I think he's a flog, but who the f**k isn't at 18/19? Between his manager and his dad there's not a lot of rational thought
Playing NSW cup isn’t deprivation of opportunity, and stress leave is a pretty standard offering to people who claim they cannot work due to a hostile environment.
no one is owed a spot in first grade, as his and all NRL contracts would absolutely state.
as for what 18/19 year olds aren’t Galvin level flogs? I’d say just about every NRL player current or past given this is about the first time I can recall that this situation has occurred. He’s in a class of his own here
