The clubs have to draw a line in the sand or players will keep kicking stones and reneging on their contracts from the advice of their managers.

We are the only club stamping down on it.

Leading the game.

Largely thanks to Shane. He refused to sell us out.

And as a member, i lodged my satisfaction and endorsement of our brutal stance.

Cruel to be kind sometimes.

Just been reported the detestable oxygen thief Moses has served the club with legal letter accusing us of bullying the little prick

I dont think the club bullied him, some players werent happy with him, but as a club.. we didnt encourage it.

He was even dropped to save him from the boos, protect the little monster.

"Accusing us of bullying the little prick" lol

Its a pretty much an admission of losing the argument by IM. His plan backfired.

A letter is a letter, wheres his summoning us to court?

The evil f**ktard, piece of shite.

Who the f**k wants moses running their club?

You want some IM?

I think it might well backfire on Moses.
He will now be in a court, where I'm sure the question will be asked,
Do you already have a deal organised? Which of course is against the rules.
He might be good at lying, but is Galvin and his family?

IM is a conplete f**king idiot if he thinks we are going to agree or admit that we bullied him.

Hell will freeze over before we say we are sorry and release him in remorse. Why would we do thaf?

What a stupid idea.

We are all in, most fair minded people in the game are behind us.

Hes got a contract and he will honour it or we will sue him and his manager into the next world.

Richo is a powerful and influential figure. They are f**king with the wrong club. They know it too

100% what Moses has done here is to throw a tactical molotov cocktail onto any chance of things just settling down...he just wants to hammer a bigger wedge in there and there needs to be papers served to the NRL resulting in an even bigger spotlight shone onto Moses and into every corner of his organization....even if that needs to happen in court

I was going to post earlier this morning but then thought no, I’m just adding to the continuing saga, well here goes.

I asked my neighbour who a HR director of an Oz company, what constitutes bullying in the workplace?
He just laughed and asked why?
I mentioned the RL and how some talking heads were saying it’s almost bullying (Brandy, Kevin Walters), he laughed and said, I wouldn’t think so but google it because for consistency there is only 1 definition.
He said there is 1 purely for industrial relations purposes and every employee would be in court if it wasn’t the case.

Neighbour said, he read about Galvin and liking a post and actually posting once, does not constitute repeatedly bullying.

Can’t see how the legal system could side with Moses / Galvin if video of try scoring celebrations or the laughter at training was used .

“Bullying happens at work when:

  • a person or group of people repeatedly behave unreasonably towards another worker or group of workers
  • the behaviour creates a risk to health and safety

to avoid any nastiness, better send him home and keep him away from all those terrible tigers people.
Absolutely. In the best interest of his health and safety it is better he stays right away from anything to do with the Wests Tigers for the remainder of his contract.

Poor little darling. OOooh, didn't the other players like what you are doing to the club snookums.
Of-course it's fine for you to bad mouth your coach because you are so special.
