These bullying claims seem to have taken significant leverage away from us.....they seem to have some sort of legs sadly otherwise, he'd be kept in reserves or sold/traded to the highest bidder.
This is what I was trying to say earlier too Wiz.
I think it's the only reason because both Benji and more so Richo are very competitive and have strong egos.
If you spit it their face they'll wind the window down and it will comeback and get you.
Richo did everything to smooth things over with LG and his parents knowing that any meeting with Moses would not end well, especially after LG agitated earlier for an out.
Richo offered LG a record breaking contract only to be told....don't bother. Benji can't coach apparently.
The same coach who fast tracked him and was a pretty good ⅝ in his day ;)
Now if it wasn't for the fact that the leadership group took a swipe at LG for attacking their coach and probably other stuff we're not privy to and the threat of court action by the LG team, the big man mk2 would have torn LG a new pooper valve.
So as you said Wiz, the threat of further legal action has stopped us from playing hard ball.
The thing about the Wests Tigers is it's a damn if you do and damned if you don't situation.
We don't want to be a floor mat anymore and stay strong. Why?
Because we will once again be looked at as a shambles of a club with no spine BUT
The Tigers chances of making the 8 don't come around that often so I see the club being very much focused on hanging in there, holding onto the shoestrings and have any distractions eliminated. Crocodile roll. Claws out!
Richo wants to give Benji a roster capable of making the finals with rigorous recruiting. You have to applaud that considering the minimal amount of available talent available.
I haven't given up on this season, not by a long shot. So far, our best team has only played together once or twice together this season.
It takes several games playing together before they build cohesion and we have that team coming back soon, maybe in the next rd or so.

This pisses me off. The only way Galvin has derailed our season is by playing like shit. It's one person rather than the whole team and that is a piss weak excuse for why we have struggled the last couple of weeks.
Cancer can effect the whole team mate.
Body language at training is an example. Solidarity whilst brushing someone else is another. One person's poor attitude can effect other players confidence and concentration.
I've seen it before. The old get on the bus, the crocodile roll or whatever are terms used these days.
The team has not dominated the middle, they haven't folded the edges, their decoy runs are not effective, our cover is poor, our middle is paper thin and we are no longer one of the leading teams in defense.
The reason both our halves have run laterally a lot recently is because of these reasons I've listed.
I place a little bit of blame on the whole coaching staff because they need to get players to increase the bodies in motion plays. Give the backs something to work with.
Now having said that, I agree with you that Galvin is playing crap and he has derailed our season by adding all this distraction. He's bought it all upon himself!
We are still in this.
Benji's biggest test and his reputation as a young coach could come down to how he gets the Wests Tigers back on track.

I wrote a good intelligent comment in this thread earlier. Some members had a cry and it was deleted
Just my luck !
The only intelligent comment out of you, and I missed it.
But seriously mate, you must be dying in the arse . . . having been all swept up in the media glorification, then for the same media to have convinced you he's gonna be a parra child . . . and then yesterday ??!!
Don't worry, you'll find someone that'll wanna play with mitchy and the gang. Surely.

The talk is, they've just signed Jordan Miller.
And they lost Hindmarsh's young bloke to the pennies.
They're not having a good week.

I don't believe this at all. I don't think we are under any real threat from the bullying claims.
Not now. One of the conditions of an immediate release was to drop the legal threats.
player’s management company serving the club with a legal letter claiming the teenager has been bullied.

It’s very disappointing he’s leaving and we can’t understand it because we think the Tigers on on the up…..and hopefully we are.

However, Galvin would prefer to develop at the Dogs and you can understand that.

What annoys me is why we didn’t make him work for it more or get a bigger transfer fee.

The way we handled it could have been better.

On Gus, he got Ciraldo and now he got Galvin.

We run second again, we all pray that will change SOON

We don't know all the facts Chunk.
The NRL are at fault, they once again have stuck their heads in the sand and hoped it would all go away.....until the next time.
All the NRL had to do is say, it's not happening, a contract is a contract.
They are at fault for allowing their product to be tarnished again and again.........

Lachlan Galvin is untenable at the Wests Tigers and he should leave Concord now, according to league legend Phil Gould.

How bloody convenient Mr Gould, and to what club by chance do you think he should go to. Hmmmmm any suggestions Gus. Geez, your as bad as Moses.
Yeh Gould, you showed your true colours heh.
I don't trust Gould. He has too much say in everything as does Moses.

One day these people are going to get caught out and the NRL might have the integrity to act on it for a change.
All I can say is I can't wait for rd 22, Luai v LG.

I can't take this seriously. Sorry. I just can't see bullying claims holding up for a couple of instagram posts. If there was bullying I'm sure it would be all over the media.
