Game 3 NSW team

The first couple of posters up the top have left Rooney out of the side. What the hell did he do wrong last night? He had a blinder.

Wing has been totally and utterly ineffective in his 2 games. Also, Buderus is an 80min player.

Gidley can cover for 1-7 and 9 at a pinch, and has a bigger bag of tricks than Wing.

It wont happen though.

They wont drop Mini either, even though Hodgson has been the form 1. Mini isn't too bad tho, I do rate him.

I think the only changes we will see will be Timmins and Gower (or Kimmorley if injury) in, Ryan to the bench and Finch drops out. Stevens will prob be the other to go, meaning Kite to start??? They might drop Waterhouse instead....??

They should be dropping Kite. There are better prospects.

Clinton MUST be there.

Need a big old-school hard-nut prop on the bench. But who? Stevens maybe. Afterall he only got 19 minutes.

Perhaps put him on instead of K Gids and go in with a big bench...?

I agree macavity - Kite is mediocre. Stevens only getting 19 minutes was disgraceful. During that time he racked up phenomenal stats and really got on the top of Webcke.

I said on another thread, Mason played really.. REALLY well when he had the ball in hand. He has done very well since all the controversy and concentrated on being a footballer.

But I paid attention to him last night, I've noticed he really isn't a big hiiter in defence. In fact I'd go to say the only thing NSW was a lack of big, BIG hitters. The game plan would of won, I mean FFS, it was 4 points, down to a piece of individual magic and Tahu dropping the ball.

Other than that, the back row are the sort of 65+ minutes a game, 35+ tackles workaholics, but never "smack you on your arse" sort of tacklers.

Buderus is too small.

The only hitters are O'Meley, and efforts from Kite (though he is small).
Stevens can too, except he only got 19 minutes.

I'm a big fan of Clinton, though after last night I'm heading towards Skandalis.

I think we need someone to inflict some pain to the Qld forwards.
