That's the annoying thing. These teams are already a reasonable standard, but there's the opportunity for them to grow stronger in a short space of time. Would love to see them have an opportunity. Imagine a 3 match Ireland V England test series.

Off the field 3 out of 4 are developed countries. In areas where we don't have teams and will grow the game. ICC have no idea

Really don't know why England have been rated so highly for the WC, the are equal with us in the odds.
