Game Day. Bunnies of the NRL vs Rabbitoh

I failed to notice Cody Walker for much of the game, he must have been carrying an injury. Several times the Fox blokes said he'd not yet had a run. L. Mitchell looked unfit and disinterested for the most part.

Not sure what thread to post this in…

I liked:

1. Inside balls. This really helped gas the Souths players and created uncertainty.
2. Sharing the kicking. Trindall took the very first 6th tackle kick. He had some very good long (and short) kicks.
3. Bench rotation - if all the middles were gassed, that’s okay. They obviously were attempting to address the problem that has been raised by all and sundry.
4. New players playing with confidence - very impressive.

Souths came back into the game when Rudolf and Hunt went on to the field.

Gonna have to call you out on that.

Yes they scored two tries in succession at the end of Royce's stint, but he and Toby were not responsible for either of them.

Souths actually came back into the game when Jack Williams gave away a penalty, while in possession, 30 metres out from the Rabbitohs line, three tackles up our sleeves, and Royce charging onto the ball with a retreating defensive line.

Up until that point we were well on top, both Royce and Toby were carrying the ball strongly, and were hitting and sticking in defense.

Harsh call.
